The 2022 IEEE/AIAA Transportation Electrification Conference and Electric Aircraft Technologies Symposium (ITEC+EATS) brought together the transportation electrification and electric aircraft communities in Anaheim, California. For the first time, ITEC joined forces with the AIAA/IEEE Electric Aircraft Technologies Symposium (EATS), creating a shared venue for researchers and practitioners working across electrified transportation and aviation.
Gokcin and the Georgia Tech graduate students she co-advised presented several papers on electrified aircraft design, modeling, and technology assessment. Gokcin and her co-authors received the 2022 EATS Best Paper Award for the paper:
Additional co-authored papers presented at the conference included:
Gokcin also moderated the Electrified Flight Development Programs panel which brought together experts from the electric aviation industry.
