Announcing the Launch of the Future Aircraft Sizing Tool (FAST)
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Future Aircraft Sizing Tool (FAST), an innovative, open-source MATLAB-based software for rapid aircraft design and analysis. Developed by the IDEAS Lab at the University of Michigan and funded by the NASA Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate and the Electrified Powertrain Flight Demonstration (EPFD) project, FAST supports conventional and electrified aircraft concepts with minimal input requirements.
